As a member of the HRIS M & A Team, you will be responsible for supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system implementation and maintenance during mergers and acquisitions. You will partner with HR departments and business leaders to analyze, improve, and optimize HR processes, ensuring data integrity and system functionality. The role involves managing system integrations, developing business processes, and providing technical support to HR users across the organization. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into effective system solutions while maintaining a focus on user experience and data quality.
Must have:
  • Maintain and support Workday HCM system during M&A activities
  • Develop and improve HR business processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical HRIS issues
  • Create complex reports and queries
  • Audit and maintain employee data integrity
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business partners
  • Support system integrations and new feature implementations
  • Document system processes and procedures

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the HRIS M & A Team, you will be responsible for supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system implementation and maintenance during mergers and acquisitions. You will partner with HR departments and business leaders to analyze, improve, and optimize HR processes, ensuring data integrity and system functionality. The role involves managing system integrations, developing business processes, and providing technical support to HR users across the organization. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into effective system solutions while maintaining a focus on user experience and data quality.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of HRIS experience, specifically with Workday HCM
  • Proven experience in supporting mergers, acquisitions, and HR system implementations
  • Expertise in HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, or Oracle • Strong knowledge of HR processes and terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in system management and reporting tools
  • Experience supporting large-scale HR technology projects
