This role involves managing and optimizing the Maintenance Control Plan in SAP, overseeing Kaizens, providing performance indicators, and defining spare parts. The specialist will also manage advanced stock, support failure analysis, ensure safety rules, and interface with third-party companies. Key responsibilities include developing component nationalization, managing equipment repair, assisting with budget preparation, and monitoring maintenance costs. The role also supports CAPEX projects, monitors purchase order lead times, and interfaces with Process Engineering for new projects and equipment installations.

Must Have:- Manage and optimize the Maintenance Control Plan for company assets in SAP.
- Manage Kaizens identified by maintenance technicians and supervisors.
- Provide indicators with trend analyses to supervisors and coordinators.
- Evaluate supplier recommendations and define spare parts for equipment registration.
- Obtain quotes, follow-up, prepare specifications, and request purchase requisitions.
- Manage advanced stock (Crib) to ensure minimum quantity of critical components.
- Collaborate with supervisors on equipment failure analyses and generate root cause actions (KPI: MBD, MTTR, ALLBDR).
- Support supervisors and technicians in machine problem-solving (FMEA, QC STORE).
- Ensure company safety rules are applied during third-party maintenance interventions.
- Ensure interface between the SG3 system and contracted third-party companies.
- Develop nationalization, component similarity studies, and equipment improvements.
- Develop corporate benchmarking.
- Manage the control of machine and equipment entry and exit for repair.
- Assist in preparing the budget for Utilities area equipment maintenance.
- Monitor the maintenance budget for the area, reporting weekly.
- Disclose department cost results and the cost reduction action plan.
- Support the elaboration of CAPEX projects for equipment upgrade and retrofitting.
- Monitor the lead time of active purchase orders.
- Direct interface with the Process Engineering team for new vehicle projects and installation of new Facilities and Utilities equipment.
- Understand, care for, and commit to the practices and policies of ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Monitor audits of regulatory standards.
- Manage and analyze the calibration system for pressure vessels, safety valves, and manometers according to NR-13.
- Support in managing maintenance plans for air conditioning, pressure vessels, compressors, fuel tanks, cooling towers, pumps, gasoline piping, effluents, and tanks.
- Monitor and support the resolution of structural problems found in directorate audits.
- Support the legal contract creation process from elaboration to signing.
- Support CAPEX Request activities in the system from creation to financial validation.
- Complete Higher Education in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in industry, in Maintenance or Engineering areas.
- Experience in CAPEX and equipment retrofitting projects.
- Experience in maintenance contract management.
- Experience in failure analysis and KPI management.
- Advanced English (reading, writing, and conversation).
