Job Description

The Integrated Marketing Team develops and influences brand and consumer strategies to maximize brand value, build franchises, and strengthen customer relationships. The Manager, Integrated Marketing is an action-oriented, organized individual who thinks strategically with a passion for marketing execution. This role contributes to revenue generation by establishing brand-building strategies, managing creative campaign development, and driving cross-functional collaboration for go-to-market planning. They also serve as a primary marketing point of contact with external business partners.

  • Coordinate the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing strategies and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify campaign insights.
  • Coordinate research efforts to evaluate changing consumer behaviors.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging marketing strategies.
  • Four-year undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising, or business.
  • 5-10+ years’ experience in marketing, entertainment, advertising, or consumer product marketing.
  • Proven capability in developing creative and innovative marketing strategies leveraging online and offline channels.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding team management skills in developing campaigns from inception to launch.
  • Experience identifying key strategic insights from disparate data sources.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Superior communication skills and ability to interact with senior executives and external business partners.
  • Extraordinary problem-solving skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strategic and creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

Essential Job Functions

  • Help team coordinate the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including (but not limited to) digital, social media, email, public relations, and traditional advertising.
  • Monitor the performance of those strategies to make necessary updates, optimizations, and improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners in identifying campaign insights that enable brand differentiation and offer a competitive edge in the market.
  • Coordinate research efforts to capture and evaluate relevant changing consumer behaviors. Share learnings and apply insights to everyday business.
  • Stay on top of industry best practices and emerging strategies to keep the marketing relevant through compelling creative and messaging.

Job Qualifications

  • Four-year undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising, or business.
  • 5-10+ years’ experience in marketing, entertainment, advertising, or consumer product marketing on the client-side or with an agency. Global experience is a plus.
  • Proven capability in developing creative and innovative marketing strategies that heavily leverage online and offline channels.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to inspire a cross-functional team, leading to a unified direction with a common vision.
  • Outstanding team management skills in developing campaigns from inception to launch.
  • Experience identifying key strategic insights from disparate data sources.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Superior communication skills and ability to interact with senior executives and external business partners.
  • Extraordinary problem-solving skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the brand, a strategic and creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

International Touring Personnel
