We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Operations Manager to support our South Sales Team. This role will partner closely with Regional Sales Leaders to drive operational excellence, optimize sales processes, and enable the team to achieve and exceed revenue goals. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of sales operations best practices with strong analytical and leadership skills, acting as both a trusted advisor and a driver of execution. Responsibilities include sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, CRM adoption, and process improvement, collaborating cross-functionally to align business goals.

Must Have:
  • Serve as the primary operational leader for the South Sales Team.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline health, and business performance reporting.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end sales operations processes.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and other sales tools.
  • Support planning and execution of quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Channel, and Operations.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a change agent for the South Sales Team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Proven track record in sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior sales leaders.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Operations Manager to support our South Sales Team. This role will partner closely with Regional Sales Leaders to drive operational excellence, optimize sales processes, and enable the team to achieve and exceed revenue goals. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of sales operations best practices with strong analytical and leadership skills, acting as both a trusted advisor and a driver of execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary operational leader for the South Sales Team, supporting Regional Vice Presidents, Code Leaders, Account Executives, Marketing and Channel teams.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline health, and business performance reporting; provide insights that drive sales productivity and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end sales operations processes including deal structuring, pricing approvals, order management, and contract compliance.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and other sales tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistent reporting standards.
  • Support planning and execution of quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual planning, and go-to-market strategy initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Channel, and Operations to ensure alignment of business goals and execution.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives across sales workflows.
  • Act as a change agent, enabling the South Sales Team to adopt new processes, tools, and operational best practices.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to Sales Operations Representatives or Analysts supporting the region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), sales analytics, and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Proven track record in sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple priorities with agility.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate and guide others.
