Trend Micro is searching for a candidate to join the Americas Human Resources Business Partner team. The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to our Sales client groups in the United States and Canada. HRBPs at Trend Micro are coaches, enablers and facilitators who understand that focusing on our people and driving an inclusive, empowering culture of growth and transformation, is the secret to our over 30 years of growth and success.
The focus of this role is to assess, guide and positively influence the business. Our HRBPs are proactive communicators and change agents, who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions that drive our results forward.
The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner role provides strategic and tactical support, management consultation and employee relations services in the Americas Region. This position offers a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days a week in-office at our Las Colinas, Texas site.
