In your future role at the Madison, Wisconsin site of the global leader in genetic sequencing, you will be part of our team who ensure that the equipment and instruments we use to produce the reagents for Illumina’s sequencing products for analysis of genetic variation are functioning and maintained within the requirements of a cGMP and ISO13485 regulated environment. Working individually and on diverse teams, you will be responsible for the calibration, maintenance, and associated documentation processes of the wide array of laboratory, pilot plant, and production scale manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities
Works with cross functional teams and third-party vendors to schedule, calibrate, maintain, and document issues of equipment and systems
Works with cross functional teams on projects to improve and develop processes/equipment using lean manufacturing
Works with cross functional teams to determine calibration/maintenance requirements and procedures
Ability to function efficiently within a ticket-based equipment management system software
Create, document, and execute calibration and maintenance protocols to provide continually improving overall equipment effectiveness following cGMP/GLP guidelines.
Support of internal processes to ensure Regulatory compliance is maintained
Collaborate with Illumina interdisciplinary teams locally, nationally, and internationally to exchange best practices, develop, or align processes, and complete projects
Requirements
Excellent communication and collaboration experience

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
