The ICCG-PCB (Industrial Competence Center Group Printed Circuits Boards) is the production facility for complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) within the Thales Group. Think of the highest quality, challenging designs, and customers worldwide.
The products are supplied worldwide within the Thales Group as well as to external customers. The ICCG-PCB consists of approximately 90 colleagues working in production, quality, logistics, engineering, and sales. We are currently in a ramp-up phase and are looking for new talent to strengthen our team!
We are looking for a: Manufacturing Planner PCB Production
As a Manufacturing Planner, you are responsible for operational planning. You ensure that new sales orders are processed in the ERP system and provide the customer with a delivery date. You then start production orders on time and monitor progress to meet the agreed delivery date. You monitor this together with the Workcell Managers, so that production priorities can be adjusted if necessary.
The main tasks are:
- Ensure that planning aligns with the available capacity in the production facility
- Plan activities for the team responsible for work preparation
- Monitor that materials are available in production at the right time
- Monitor the progress of planning and, if necessary, ask production leaders to adjust.
- Communicate the status of progress with our customers
- Continuously improve logistical processes
- Be a key user for the IT application for production control (Digital Shopfloor Interface)
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has at least a completed MBO4 education, preferably in logistics
- Has knowledge of logistical production processes and how they are controlled via ERP (or wants to learn this)
- Has good knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel (pivot tables)
- Has good communication skills
- Has a proactive, initiative-taking, independent, and flexible attitude
- Makes continuous improvement part of her/his work
- Can work in a structured manner
