Job Description

As a Marketing Science Analyst, your curiosity never ends. Always asking the next question, you seek to understand how marketing science drives the bigger picture. With 1 to 3 years of experience owning marketing science deliverables, you focus on at least two of the following: tracking and measurement, implementation, reporting, data visualization, testing, data integration, or statistical modeling. You will analyze digital marketing data, translate complex data into actionable insights, design and automate reports, evaluate media performance, and support measurement frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of digital media channels (Social, SEM, SEO, OLV, etc.) and how they interact.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and techniques (MMM, MTA, etc.).
  • Experience with digital media platforms (CM360, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with website analytics platforms (Google or Adobe Analytics).
Must Have:
  • Analyze digital marketing data to uncover trends, solve problems, and identify opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights through storytelling and visualization.
  • Design, build, and automate analyses, reports, and dashboards.
  • Evaluate media performance and audience behavior across paid and owned channels.
  • Support the development and execution of measurement frameworks and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support senior colleagues with analytics materials for pitches and proposals.
  • B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field (statistics, mathematics, business, finance, social sciences, computer science, or information management).
  • Proficient in common Microsoft 365 products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with at least one data visualization platform (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis and quantitative methods.
  • Familiarity with statistical programming languages (Python, R, etc.).
  • Understanding of data architecture and APIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and proactively communicate progress and challenges.

You will:

  • Design, build, and automate analyses, reports, and dashboards.
  • Evaluate media performance and audience behavior across paid and owned channels.
  • Support the development and execution of measurement frameworks and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support senior colleagues with analytics materials for pitches and proposals.

You have:

  • B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field. Including but not limited to: statistics, mathematics, business, finance, social sciences, computer science, or information management.
  • Proficient in common Microsoft 365 products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with at least one data visualization platform (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis and quantitative methods.
  • Familiarity with statistical programming languages (Python, R, etc.).
  • Understanding of data architecture and APIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and proactively communicate progress and challenges.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and supporting your team’s growth.
