Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join its global team in Itupeva, São Paulo. This full-time role involves transporting, locating, and organizing document boxes, ensuring their preservation, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, agile, organized, and a team player, contributing to a company that values its employees and provides essential services in information management.
Must have:
  • Transport boxes to archive, routing, or research locations.
  • Locate and return document boxes using the SKP system.
  • Complete daily activity reports (OPLOG form).
  • Ensure preservation of all volumes and supports.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and use PPE.
  • Assist other departments when direct tasks are not available.
  • Completed elementary education.
  • Possess concentrated attention, agility, proactivity, work organization, and teamwork skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transport boxes, by available means (carts or manually), to archive, routing, or research locations, handling them as needed or requested;
  • Search for and locate document boxes, according to the SKP system. After research work, return these volumes to their initial location;
  • Fill out daily activity reports (OPLOG form), according to IMB models and procedures, for evaluation and control of individual and department production;
  • Ensure that all volumes and supports used are preserved in their initial conservation conditions;
  • Respect the safety norms and procedures and the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided by the company and work hygiene established for your area of activity;
  • When there are no direct tasks for your function, you may assist other departments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed Elementary Education
  • Concentrated attention, agility, proactivity, work organization, and teamwork.
