This role involves driving operational excellence, developing strategic roadmaps, and managing the AI/ML group. Responsibilities include simplifying complex problems, ensuring clear communication to senior leadership, creating and aligning teams to a unified AI/ML vision, developing project management frameworks, conducting ROI analyses, collaborating with other operations groups, and presenting findings to senior leadership for product decisions. The role requires leadership to navigate the evolving landscape of AI/ML.
