Job Description

This Medical Salesman position involves achieving sales goals within an assigned territory by utilizing market knowledge. The role includes identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with key account partners and developing new ones. The salesman is responsible for managing distributor channels, implementing sales policies, and coordinating sales activities. They must provide accurate sales forecasts, participate in tender projects, and monitor market trends. They should also partner with various teams to offer comprehensive solutions, participate in medical seminars, and enhance brand awareness. This position requires driving deals, strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with a high sense of responsibility and numerical acumen. The candidate should possess a strong learning ability, be a team player, and be capable of frequent business travel. They must have good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese.

Job Details

Responsibilities :
1.Achieve sales goals in assigned territory:

— Utilize professional knowledge of market in purposing sales goals and targets according to management's direction and guideline.

— Identify product sales opportunities and exploit business  growth potential in line with MDS medical business strategy.

2. Orientation of  KA business development:

— Build strategic business partners with medical key account partners  ( medical manufactures ) with good management system and schemes.

— Secure new business opportunities within current key accounts and work to develop new key accounts, creating proper proposals based on their needs.

3. Distributor channels management:

— Establish strong business relationship with the dealers' channel partners and improve channel coverage for potential market in assigned territory.

— Identify new business opportunities and work with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions.

— Implement channel sales policies and mentor distributors by way of joint calls, on-boarding practices and strategic selling techniques.

— Increase the efficiency of the regional distribution channels, Coordinate the sales activities of the different distributors.

4.Others:

— Provide an accurate rolling sales forecast based on detailed analysis and predication of market demand.

— Involve in tender project, contract negotiation, product installation or delivery, and post-sale services, AR .

— Observe market, customers, and competitions with timely communicate with supervisor on the valuable market information with facts and own analysis.

— Partner with clinical consultants, sales engineers, solutions architects, corporate and strategic accounts, and product management to offer customers comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

— Participate medical academic seminars and promotional activities, enhancing company brand by actively conveying  product information.

Requirements :

1.With Strong Sales Sprit & Self-Motivated  and demonstrate a keen ability to effectively drive deals.
2.Good communication with strong presentation skills and exceptional negotiation skills.
3.Self-motivated and high sense of responsibility. Strong numerical acumen.
4.Strong product learning ability. Qualified team player.
5.Strong stress management skills.
6.Good command of both verbal and written English & Chinese.
7.Be able to take biz travel frequently.
