Job Description

UMS, a subsidiary of Airbus and Thales, is seeking a Microelectronic Production Operator for its Villebon-sur-Yvette site. The role involves working within the Back-end Labs team in a high-tech environment. Key responsibilities include optical inspection, cutting, and sampling components on automatic equipment, as well as manual sampling and validation testing of integrated circuits under binocular or microscope. The operator will also launch electrical measurements for functional validation of components, contributing to the design, manufacturing, and marketing of advanced microwave and radio frequency products for various demanding sectors globally.
Must have:
  • Electronics training (Baccalaureate level)
  • Significant experience in assembly or testing, ideally in semiconductors
  • Ability to read plans
  • Familiarity with IT tools
  • Knowledge of microelectronics

  • Ability to work in alternating 2-shift system (morning/evening)

We are looking for our Villebon-sur-Yvette site (RER- Massy-Palaiseau) a:

Microelectronic Production Operator - M/F

WHO ARE YOU?

Holding a degree in electronics (Baccalaureate level), have you acquired significant experience in an assembly or testing activity, ideally in the semiconductor field?

Do you know how to read plans and are you familiar with IT tools?

Furthermore, do you know microelectronics and enjoy teamwork?

Are you able to demonstrate dexterity, rigor, and organization in your work?

The work is organized into 2 alternating shifts: one week morning (6 AM - 2 PM) and one week evening (1:40 PM - 9:30 PM).

WHAT WE CAN ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER:

Integrated within the Back-end Labs team, in a high-tech environment, you will ensure:

  • Optical inspection, cutting, and sampling of components on automatic equipment,
  • Optical inspection, manual sampling, and validation testing (soldering, wire pulling) of integrated circuits under binocular or microscope,
  • Launching electrical measurements for the functional validation of components.
