The Motion Graphics & Video Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics and video content that enhances our clients' branding and marketing efforts. They will work closely with the creative team to produce visually compelling and engaging media that aligns with our clients' goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to understand project requirements and client objectives.

Develop and create motion graphics, video content, and animations for various digital platforms including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Participate in project intake and kick-off meetings to gather information and set clear objectives for video and motion graphics deliverables.

Ensure all video and motion graphic content is on-brand and meets the high-quality standards of the agency.

Assist in the development of storyboards and scripts for video content.

Edit raw video footage to create polished, final products that meet project goals and deadlines.

Incorporate feedback from internal team members and clients to refine video and motion graphics content.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and video production to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all video and motion graphics assets.

Maintain an organized library of video and motion graphic assets for easy access and future use.

Foster positive relationships with clients and team members through effective communication and collaboration.
- Proficient in motion graphics and video editing software. Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Strong understanding of video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and sound recording.

Ability to create compelling motion graphics and animations that enhance storytelling and brand messaging.
