Job Description

The OEM Sales Analyst will assist in preparing customized product quotes, aiming for business continuity and expansion by participating in discussions with headquarters regarding technical and economic feasibility, following suggested strategies and respecting the analysis and approval stages of 'Business Case'. The role involves supporting Sales Engineering activities, helping to maintain goals and meet customer requirements, and suggesting responsibilities for new developments. Additionally, the analyst will support internal OEM sales administration, monthly price analysis, updates, and audits, and sales forecast analysis for financial consolidation of OEM business, based on EDI and market information. Collaboration in preparing the Sales Plan (LRP) and market analysis based on automotive references are also key.
Must have:
  • Assist in preparing customized product quotes, participating in discussions with headquarters on technical and economic viability, following strategies and 'Business Case' approval.
  • Support Sales Engineering activities, helping maintain goals, meet customer requirements, and suggest new development responsibilities.
  • Support internal OEM sales administration.
  • Support monthly analysis, update, and audit of customer prices.
  • Support sales forecast analysis for OEM financial consolidation, based on EDI and market information.
  • Collaborate in preparing the Sales Plan - LRP.
  • Conduct market analysis based on automotive market references (AutoData, AB, interaction with other BUs, etc.).

JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the preparation of customized product quotes, aiming for business continuity and expansion through participation in discussions with headquarters regarding technical and economic feasibility, following suggested strategies and respecting the analysis and approval stages of "Business Case".
  • Support Sales Engineering activities, assisting in maintaining goals and meeting customer requirements, as well as suggesting responsibilities for new developments.
  • Support internal OEM sales administration.
  • Support the monthly analysis, update, and audit of customer prices.
  • Support the analysis of Sales Forecast for the financial consolidation of OEM business, based on information received from customers via EDI and market information.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of the Sales Plan - LRP.
  • Perform market analysis, based on automotive market references (AutoData, AB, interaction with other BUs, among others).

What we are looking for

  • Degree in engineering, administration, marketing or related fields.
  • Knowledge of sales processes: Business case, pricing, negotiation.
  • Computer skills (Office suite).
  • Knowledge in data analysis.
  • Intermediate English.
