This role supports financial forecasting, planning, and analysis across multiple business segments, delivering accurate financial insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives to drive growth and profitability.
Must have:
  • Consolidate monthly and quarterly forecasts culminating in Earnings Call (EC) packages, including sales flash, detailed variance analysis and period-over-periods walks.
  • Support the development of annual budgets and long-range plans.
  • Partner with operations to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage the consolidated forecast including monitoring submission completeness and intercompany elimination.
  • Prepare presentations to clearly and accurately report actual, forecast and budget information to executive management and the Board of Directors.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve forecast accuracy, reporting efficiency, and data transparency.
  • Maintain and update financial models, templates, and reporting tools used in forecast cycles and business reviews.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • OneStream experience preferred

JOB PURPOSE

This position is responsible for supporting financial forecasting, planning, and analysis activities across multiple business segments. What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance
