Job Description

Hogarth is the Global Content Experience Company, partnering with top brands like Coca-Cola and Ford. This role, Omnichannel Campaign Manager, involves leading the execution of omnichannel campaigns, aligning brand objectives with digital marketing strategies. The manager will be the main client contact, design campaign blueprints, coordinate workshops, define test plans, optimize user journeys, and manage project timelines. The role also includes overseeing execution quality and developing key customer experience metrics for reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of omnichannel campaigns, aligning brand and country objectives with digital marketing strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client, building trust and managing communication across internal and external teams.
  • Design and maintain campaign blueprints, using data-driven insights to enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate workshops with brand teams to drive adoption of omnichannel campaigns.
  • Define test plans and collaborate on monitoring campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Optimize user journeys in collaboration with brand and country teams.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and scope changes across projects.
  • Oversee execution quality against industry standards and propose continuous improvements.
  • Develop key customer experience metrics and KPIs for executive-level reporting.

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in marketing campaign execution (nurturing, drip, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience in journey mapping and orchestration of multichannel campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist and Administrator (Consultant is a plus).
  • Experience analyzing customer metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and its digital channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in scoring models (RFM or others).
