Job Description

As an Affiliate Manager for Betano, you will join a dynamic marketing team, playing a crucial role in Kaizen Gaming’s international growth, particularly in Ghana and Nigeria. Your responsibilities include acquiring new partners, optimizing deals, identifying new acquisition channels, and executing campaigns. You will manage the affiliate network, implement strategies with the Country Manager, and provide data-driven recommendations to maximize results, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Good To Have:
  • Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • Past experience in the iGaming / Sports / Casino industry.
Must Have:
  • Acquire and optimize deals with new affiliate partners.
  • Identify new acquisition channels and execute campaigns.
  • Generate comprehensive business reports for the market.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and growth strategies.
  • Monitor and report on performance KPIs.
  • Manage affiliate accounts and suggest revenue-increasing methods.
  • Oversee Ad-serving & Campaign-tracking platform.
  • Monetize partnerships with major affiliates and publishers.
  • Manage affiliate CRM and budget allocation, including commissions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and markets.
  • Create and implement bonus incentive schemes for affiliates.
  • Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships.
  • Provide training and support for the ad-serving platform.
  • Identify opportunities for ad-hoc activations and growth.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Affiliate marketing or relevant role.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Reside in Ghana.
  • Expertise in Nigerian and Ghanaian markets and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong numeracy skills and advanced cost control understanding.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • In-depth understanding of commercial models and local market needs.
  • Solid grasp of marketing techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Fast learner and effective team collaborator.
  • Ability to make data-driven business decisions.

Let’s start with the role:As our new manager, supporting Betano's highly successful international launch, you will join a vibrant and energetic team of 15 passionate marketers. Your combined skills in affiliate marketing, media buying, and business development will play a pivotal role in Kaizen Gaming’s growth. Your responsibilities will focus on managing the network of affiliates and publishers in Ghana and Nigeria. You will implement the agreed-upon strategy with the Country Manager to the Marketing team while also making recommendations on campaign approaches and maximize results. As a member of the broader marketing team, you will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support and execute campaigns that combine creative briefs with data-driven decisions.As a manager, you will:* Acquire new partners (including negotiations and deal optimization);* Identify new acquisition channels, build business cases and execute campaigns;* Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business reports for the market;* Implement promotional campaigns and growth strategies;* Be responsible for Performance Monitoring & Reporting (including in-depth business KPI reporting and presentation);* Provide proactive account management by offering solutions to affiliate partners and suggesting methods to increase revenue through copywriting techniques, promotional channels and unique marketing tactics;* Manage our Ad-serving & Campaign-tracking platform;* Monetize partnerships with major affiliates and publishers;* Manage the affiliate platform CRM & budget allocation, including commissions and spend;* Stay up to date on competitors, industry trends, relevant products and markets;* Create and implement bonus incentive schemes for affiliates;* Build and maintain relationships with affiliates;* Provide training and support in regards to the ad-serving platform;* Identify opportunities for ad-hoc activations and growth tactics.What you’ll bring:* A degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Management or other relevant fields (a Master’s Degree in a related field will be considered a plus);* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Affiliate marketing or a relevant role (past experience in the iGaming / Sports / Casino industry is a plus);* Native-level proficiency in English;* Based in the country;* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;* Expertise in both NG & GH markets and affiliate marketing; * Very strong numeracy skills with an advanced understanding of cost control;* Excellent sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills;* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets as preferred tools for making data-driven decisions;* In-depth understanding of commercial models and local market needs;* Solid understanding of marketing techniques;* Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines;* Fast learner and effective collaborator within a team;* Ability to make business decisions based on data;* Excellent understanding of brand awareness and growth strategies.
