Job Description
Kaizen Gaming is seeking an Accounting Analyst for their São Paulo team. The role involves performing various accounting duties, including bookkeeping for vendor and bank transactions, bank reconciliations, updating account statements, and monitoring vendor balances and accruals. The analyst will also reconcile data, maintain databases, provide accurate reports, ensure timely month-end closing, and handle ad hoc requests. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and relevant experience in a corporate international environment.
Good To Have:
- Big 4 experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in Microsoft Business Central/Navision is a plus.
Must Have:
- Perform accounting duties such as bookkeeping for vendor transactions, bank transactions, reconciliations, and updating account statements.
- Monitor vendor balances and relevant accruals, ensuring accurate monthly reconciliations.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data, maintaining databases through data entry, verification, and backups.
- Provide accurate reports on the transactions posted.
- Ensure timely month-end closing.
- Handle ad hoc requests and participate in projects when requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Relevant financial reporting or accounting experience in a corporate international environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, with proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with regional and global stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, planning, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with both strategic and creative thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
