As a Product Manager for Markets and Player Protection, you will take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our platform’s core capabilities - , including limits, exclusions, AML (Anti- Money Laundering), and other responsible gaming and regulatory features.
You will play a key role in shaping how we protect players, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable our expansion into new markets. This role bridges business strategy, compliance, and technology, ensuring our platform continues to meet the highest standards of player safety, market readiness, and operational excellence.
As a Product Manager for our Markets and Player Protection team, you will:
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for player protection, AML, and regulatory features, ensuring alignment with company goals and market requirements.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of new capabilities — from discovery and prioritization to launch and post-release optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Commercial and Engineering teams to design solutions that meet both regulatory obligations and user experience standards.
- Ensure consistency and scalability of responsible gaming and regulatory tools across multiple jurisdictions and customer segments.
- Analyze product performance and user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement, risk mitigation, and innovation in player protection.
- Lead market expansion initiatives, adapting the platform to new regulatory frameworks and supporting successful market entries.
- Act as the subject matter expert on responsible gaming and player protection capabilities within the organization, guiding decision-making across teams.
- Champion a culture of responsibility, ensuring player protection and compliance remain central to product decisions.
- Identify opportunities to expand the product team by recruiting and onboarding additional Product Owners, ensuring sufficient capacity to support product development goals.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within a technology-driven or platform-based environment.
- Experience in the gaming industry, particularly with exposure to regulatory, compliance, or player protection initiatives, will be considered an advantage.
- Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory landscapes, particularly across multiple jurisdictions or regulated markets.
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable product solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — capable of influencing and aligning diverse teams.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with teams across multiple locations.
