Job Description

The Operational Shifting Assistant Engineer is responsible for operating, monitoring, maintaining, and repairing various facility systems and equipment, including air conditioning, electrical, water, waste water treatment, exhaust, firefighting, CDA, bulk gas, and security systems. Key duties involve regular roving, checking, recording, and generating daily shifting and maintenance reports to ensure stable utility supply and early detection of abnormal conditions for continuous improvement.

Must Have:

Operate and monitor facility systems and equipment (Air condition, Electrical, Water, Waste water treatment, Exhaust, Firefighting, CDA, bulk gas, Security access).
Perform regular roving, checking, and recording of facility system running status.
Conduct regular maintenance and sustenance of facility systems and equipment.
Execute repairs to facility systems and equipment, including building civil.
Prepare daily shifting and maintenance reports.
Ensure normal running of facility systems for stable utility supply.
Identify abnormal running conditions through daily roving and monitoring.
Perform root cause analysis and identify improvement opportunities during maintenance.
Follow company and department rules.

Follow up other related chief asking items.

Daily monitoring with heart to early find the running status for early detection and improvement opportunity.
