We’re launching and scaling our App Store - a hub where creators and entrepreneurs can access tools, apps, and resources to grow their digital businesses. To make this a success, we’re looking for an Operations Manager who can design, optimize, and oversee the systems that keep our marketplace running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain operational frameworks, policies, and SOPs for our App Store.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, management, and support of app partners/vendors.
- Track and analyze operational metrics (revenue, retention, partner performance).
- Oversee compliance, licensing, and legal requirements for the store.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to align goals.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements to support scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in software, SaaS, or digital marketplaces.
- Proven track record of building systems, processes, and frameworks in a growing company.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- System-minded: able to translate complex processes into scalable documentation and workflows.
- Experience working with remote, distributed teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Notion, Airtable, Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Experience in Software Partnerships, Sales, or Marketing is a strong asset.
