This Senior Analyst role within the GTM Planning Applications team involves combining business analysis, data-driven insights, and systems expertise to influence the strategic roadmap of Salesforce’s Sales Distribution organization. The position offers high executive visibility and the opportunity to shape global operations, partnering with leadership to align application roadmaps with strategic objectives and delivering high-visibility insights to senior stakeholders.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in Sales Operations, GTM strategy, or management consulting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce systems, GTM planning tools, or large-scale business applications.
  • SQL or data visualization skills (Tableau, Einstein Analytics, or similar).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect operational analysis to organizational strategy.
  • Experience working in global or highly cross-functional environments.
Must Have:

  • Provide operational support to GTM planning processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, IT, and other teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Create clear, compelling presentations that translate technical analysis into actionable business recommendations.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; ability to synthesize findings into clear narratives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.
