Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Job Description
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for monitoring station issues, improving station processes for effectiveness and productivity, and ensuring the achievement of Station KPIs and SLA monitoring. This role also involves conducting improvements and evaluations of all station employees and managing delivery responsibilities with daily report updates.
Must have:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) education
- Willing to be placed in Bandar Lampung
- Good analytical and strong data-driven skills
- Experience in Expeditions is preferred
- Firm, disciplined, responsible, high work spirit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Melakukan monitoring terhadap kendala pada station
- Meningkatkan proses station agar lebih efektif dan produktif
- Memastikan Pencapaian KPI Station & SLA monitoring
- Melakukan improvement dan evaluasi terhadap seluruh karyawan station
- Bertanggung jawab atas pengiriman serta report update daily
