This role is for a motivated Order Management Coordinator in Kraków, focusing on end-to-end order processing for Commercial Partners worldwide. The coordinator will manage orders from entry to resolution, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams like finance, logistics, and sales. Key responsibilities include handling changes, resolving holds, addressing complaints, and supporting critical order fulfillment while contributing to team goals and process improvements. The role requires adapting to a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and customer service.
Must have:
  • Handle orders from start to finish, including entry, managing changes, and resolving any holds.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing top-notch customer service, addressing complaints, and verifying order document accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and adapt to a dynamic business environment with a "first in, first out" mindset.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly close activities, prioritizing teamwork and a positive work atmosphere.
  • Function effectively in a matrix-oriented team environment.
  • Team with key work partners to achieve supply chain cycle time and quality goals.
  • Be a point of contact for customer order processing and ensure orders are shipped timely and meet customer’s required ship dates.
  • Manage and coordinate critical orders, providing proactive support on order entry and handling exceptions.
  • Work on improvement projects to drive higher levels in service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests.

Job Description

Are you ready to play a vital role in a fast-paced global environment? We're looking for a motivated Coordinator to join our team in Kraków. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end order processing for our Commercial Partners worldwide.

In this role, you'll become an expert in order management, taking ownership of the process and making a significant impact. You'll work closely with both internal teams (like finance, logistics, and sales) and our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire order cycle.

As an Order Management Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling orders from start to finish: This includes order entry, managing changes, and resolving any holds.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction: Provide top-notch customer service, address complaints, and verify order document accuracy.
  • Collaborating for success: Work hand-in-hand with various internal departments and adapt to a dynamic business environment with a "first in, first out" mindset.
  • Contributing to team goals: Participate in monthly and quarterly close activities, and always prioritize teamwork and a positive work atmosphere.
  • Ability to function effectively in a matrix oriented team environment
  • Team with key work partners to achieve supply chain cycle time and quality goals
  • Being a point of contact for customer order processing and ensuring orders are shipped timely and meeting customer’s required ship dates
  • As an expert in Customer Order Fulfillment, you'll manage and coordinate critical orders, providing proactive support on order entry and handling exceptions for the infrastructure and devices used by direct sales and project teams
  • Work on improvement projects to drive and achieve higher levels in service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Adapting to a fast-paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quickly if business needs dictate.
