The Compliance Officer for South Europe will evaluate, analyze, and develop business processes to implement and enhance cost-effective standard operating procedures. This role involves auditing existing procedures for effectiveness and compliance, investigating and developing solutions to operational business needs, and ensuring business operations support the strategic plan. Key responsibilities include monitoring regulatory compliance, developing and implementing compliance procedures, conducting risk assessments, providing training, overseeing monitoring and reporting, and collaborating cross-functionally to integrate compliance considerations into business processes.
Good To Have:- Certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP).
- Advanced degrees such as Corporate Governance.

- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines tailored to South Europe.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of compliance frameworks to address regulatory changes.
- Identify potential compliance risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.
- Provide training and education programs to employees and stakeholders on compliance requirements.
- Promote a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization.
- Oversee compliance monitoring programs and investigate any reported breaches or concerns.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to relevant area management and regulatory authorities as required.
- Work closely with legal, operational, corporate and business teams to ensure compliance considerations are integrated into their business processes.
- Support new business initiatives by assessing compliance implications.
- Manage investigations into compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure timely resolution of compliance-related issues and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with Country Management/Legal Representatives/PoA.
- Manage and represent the company in its day-to-day operations (BoD/AD Italia roles).
