The Order to Cash Intern will have the opportunity to be part of key activities to progress their career, in the following main functions:
Update weekly and monthly dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or other internal tools.
Assist in the cleaning, consolidation, and validation of data from various sources (SAP, Excel, internal tools).
Collaborate in the analysis of KPI’s, overdue accounts, aging, payment applications, reconciliations, customer payment behavior, among others.
Support the team in continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and operational efficiency.
Document procedures related to report generation and data flows.
Why YOU?
Your qualifications:
Active student of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analysis, or related disciplines.
Intermediate level of English
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas...)
Knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools
Preferably knowledge of SAP and Power BI
Strong ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and present findings clearly.
Good command of collaborative tools such as MS Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint.
