岗位职责
- 根据各游戏项目营销目标和需求，制定并执行完备的UA投放策略和方案，确保投放效果并持续优化；
- 结合Miniclip产品卖点与UA策略，参与制定并把控UA素材策略，具备爆款素材识别和甄选能力，快速迭代素材方向以提升获量效果；
- 收集并分析竞对及市场变化情报，及时调整投放策略以应对市场变化，提高买量效率；
- 与营销团队紧密合作，参与当地营销资源沟通与推流活动，推动区域化实践价值最大化。

岗位要求
- 3年以上海外UA工作经验，能独立操作账户并深入理解系统底层逻辑；
- 具备高度责任心与工作投入度，做事认真负责，有强大的驱动力及良好的项目管理能力和团队协作能力；
- 对欧美/日韩/东南亚等海外市场有丰富经验者优先考虑；
- 热爱游戏，尤其是休闲竞技类游戏，对素材制作充满想法和创意；
- 本科及以上学历，英⽂流利，有海外⽣活留学背景者优先。
