- Manage overall development progress by collaborating with various departments

Job Details
Main Job Responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to plan and propose the gameplay and systems for pachinko and pachislot machines. As a project facilitator, you will plan the concept and theme of the machine, and manage the overall progress of development work by closely collaborating with various departments such as payout design, programming, design, and sound.

Salary
Monthly salary: 250,000 JPY - 370,000 JPY
Annual salary: 3,750,000 JPY - 5,500,000 JPY
*Includes fixed overtime pay.
Employment Type
Full-time employee or contract employee

Previous salary, experience, and abilities will be considered and prioritized according to company regulations.
For full-time employees, after joining (annual salary review), performance will be fairly evaluated and decided according to company regulations.
