Pastry Salon Server - Le Salon
Contract: Permanent (CDI) / Fixed-term (CDD)
Location: Le Chambard, Kaysersberg
Point of sale: Le Salon, new pastry salon.
Schedule: Monday and Tuesday - 10h to 18h30 & Saturday, Sunday during Christmas markets
Your missions within our establishment
As a Salon server, you will play an essential role in the success of this new adventure. You will be responsible for ensuring that every moment spent at the Salon reflects our values and our commitment to Alsatian excellence. Your missions will include:
- Daily Salon Management: You will ensure the opening and closing of the salon, organize the presentation of pastries, and ensure that every detail contributes to creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere, in the image of our establishment.
- Supervision and Coordination: You will supervise our on-site team to guarantee quality service, especially during tea-time at the end of the week, and coordinate operations for a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
- Customer Service: You will be the main point of contact for our customers, warmly welcoming them, advising them on our pastry creations, and ensuring their complete satisfaction. This position requires a true sense of hospitality, comparable to that of a maître d'hôtel.
- Quality and Hygiene Assurance: You will ensure that our products are always fresh and perfectly presented, and you will ensure the impeccable cleanliness and organization of the salon, in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Management of unforeseen events and problem-solving: We count on you to meet the challenges related to opening a new point of sale and to deal with unforeseen events with responsiveness and professionalism.
