- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (risk, tax, cyber, data privacy, internal audit) to deliver integrated payments compliance solutions.
- Help clients implement remediation programs and regulatory changes; contribute to client proposals and written deliverables.
- Maintain accurate engagement records, risk assessments, and internal trackers.
About You:

- 2-3 years of experience in payments regulatory compliance, PSD2/PSD3 context, risk management, or related field; consulting experience would be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of PSD3/PSR and related EU/Malta regulatory frameworks. MiCA knowledge considered to be an asset.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical client actions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable producing client-ready reports and presenting to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams; strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risk.
- Fluency in English; Maltese language skills would be advantageous.
