Job Description

The PC&L E&O Manager EMEA will lead and optimize operational processes, focusing on continuous improvement in material flow and system processes. This role involves identifying opportunities to enhance performance by managing the Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) Excess and Obsolete (E&O) process across sites in EMEA, collaborating with all relevant departments. The manager will ensure best practices are implemented to achieve optimal efficiency and reduce waste within the supply chain.
Must Have:
  • Coordinate EMEA Regional E&O activities according APTIV policy.
  • Ensure correct Plant E&O calculation and report to Finance (accruals).
  • Follow up Material Disposal Authorization Request process and global E&O root cause consolidation by plant/ region.
  • Support Plants on the definition of action plants to cover major gaps.
  • Identify opportunities for E&O reduction – between plants; to distributors; return to suppliers, etc. Follow up potential initiatives.
  • Monitor E&O KPI’s and execute E&O report by region/ plant.
  • Organize and provide E&O training for plants.
  • Ensure on time PC metrics reporting (weekly/monthly).
  • Knowledge about Supply Chain Processes
  • Excellent Capability to use MS Office Software
  • Knowledge about SAP
  • Fluent in English (speak, read and write)
  • Excellent Communication skills

Your Role:

In this role you’ll be able to work across all operational process with focus on continues improvement on Management of MATERIAL FLOW and SYSTEM PROCESS. Looking for oportunities to achieve the best performance, by leading sites PC&L ( Production Control & Logistics) E&O (Excess and Obsolete) process and all linked departments participating on the flow.
