The Performance Marketing/UA Marketing role at Sonat involves comprehensive digital marketing responsibilities. Must have:

  • Support SEO and paid advertising efforts.

  • Possess 3-6 months of marketing experience.

  • Fluent in English (all four skills).
  • Skilled in Google Sheets and Canva.
  • Able to work full-time in the office.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

Data Analysis:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports with important insights for the team.

Advertising and Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (display ads, social media ads, video ads).
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Directly build and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends and propose new ideas.

Content Creation:

  • Create and manage content on social media channels, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Creative team to produce engaging images and content.

SEO and SEM:

  • Participate in optimizing website content for search engines.
  • Support the management of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and interact with followers.
  • Monitor and report social media performance.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team and external partners to ensure successful campaigns.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency in marketing efforts.

3. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge:

  • Graduated or about to graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields, able to work full-time at the company office.
  • Passion for Digital Marketing, desire to explore the Mobile Game industry.
  • At least 3-6 months of work experience in Marketing or personal marketing projects.
  • Courses related to digital marketing or performance marketing are a plus but not required.

Skills:

  • Good data analysis skills and passion for data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in English communication (4 skills).
  • Proficient in using tools like Google Sheets, Canva.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Meticulous, well-organized.
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a team.
