Job Description

This role involves identifying and engaging with potential domestic and international partners to build lasting relationships. Key responsibilities include introducing the company, assessing cooperation needs, advising on suitable business models, and negotiating contracts. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between partners and internal departments to ensure effective project implementation, monitor publishing cooperation performance, and propose improvements for revenue optimization. Additionally, the role requires building the company's brand on social media, participating in industry events, and staying updated on market trends to propose new strategic cooperation ideas.
Must have:
  • Search for and approach potential domestic and international partners, building long-term relationships.
  • Introduce the company, identify cooperation needs, advise on suitable models, and negotiate and sign contracts.
  • Act as a bridge between partners and internal departments to effectively implement projects.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of publishing cooperation, evaluate, report, and propose improvements.
  • Build the company's brand on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook; participate in industry events.
  • Update game market trends, research competitors, and propose new strategic cooperation ideas.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Partnership or Sales positions.
  • Understanding of game publishing process, partner insights, and B2B business cooperation models.
  • Understanding of brand building principles and strategic cooperation ecosystem.
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
  • Skills in partner search, market research, and evaluation of cooperation trends.
  • Proficiency in office tools, CRM.
  • Effective time management, independent work, and good teamwork.
  • Confident, dynamic, flexible in handling situations.
  • Progressive spirit, proactive learning, and high responsibility for work efficiency.
  • Subtle, professional in communication and personal image building.

WORKING HOURS

###### 2. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor the effectiveness of publishing cooperation, evaluate, report, and propose improvements to optimize revenue.
  • Build the company's brand on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook; participate in industry events and maintain professional connections.
  • Update game market trends, research competitors, and propose new strategic cooperation ideas.

###### 3. REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Partnership or Sales positions, preferably in the Game/Tech industry.
  • Understanding of game publishing process, partner insights, and B2B business cooperation models.
  • Clear understanding of brand building principles and strategic cooperation ecosystem.

SKILLS

  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
  • Skills in partner search, market research, and evaluation of cooperation trends.
  • Proficiency in office tools, CRM, preferably with writing and social media interaction skills.
  • Effective time management, independent work, and good teamwork.
  • Preference: Has a network in the Game industry, and good English communication skills (speaking & writing).
