Job Description
This role involves designing, developing, and executing performance test strategies and plans. The responsibilities include gathering and analyzing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), developing test scripts using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, and others, and conducting various performance tests such as load, stress, and soak testing. You will monitor system performance using APM tools, analyze test results to provide recommendations, collaborate with various teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines, prepare detailed reports, and mentor junior team members. The candidate should possess expertise in performance testing.

Job Description

- Develop performance test scripts using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, SilkPerformer, or RPT.
- Conduct end-to-end performance testing including load, stress, soak, and spike testing.
- Monitor system performance using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to performance testing best practices.
