This internship opportunity is part of the Philips Develops 2026 Program, focusing on Customer Support and Processes. The intern will work on the SARA Project, assisting with user feedback collection, troubleshooting, database updates, and process improvement, with a strong emphasis on understanding and meeting customer needs in a global and innovative environment.
Must Have:
  • Support the SARA project in collecting user feedback on the tool.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting.
  • Update databases.
  • Contribute to defining and improving area processes.
  • Prepare and analyze market performance reports.
  • Currently pursuing higher education in Biomedical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • Expected course completion from June/2027.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Passionate, eager to learn, autonomous, independent, proactive, willing to take initiative, and customer-focused.

Your role

  • Support the SARA project in collecting user feedback on the tool.

You are the right person if:

  • You are currently pursuing higher education in Biomedical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
  • You have an expected course completion from June/2027;
  • You have intermediate English proficiency;
  • You have intermediate Excel proficiency;
  • You are a passionate person, eager to learn, autonomous and independent. Proactive, willing to take initiative and take control of your projects and tasks, with a focus on understanding customer needs.

How we work together

We believe we make a greater impact when we are together than apart. For our office team members, this means working in person at least three days a week, to collaborate and connect with others. On-site positions require the employee to be present at the company's facilities at all times. For employees in a field role, their duties are performed more effectively outside the company's facilities, usually at client or supplier facilities.
