Planner (Scenario/World Setting)

As a Planner (Scenario/World Setting), you will be responsible for proposing game worldviews, character concepts, managing teams and members, managing design and settings quality, progress management, and handling inquiries. You will also be responsible for negotiating with external creators to determine design directions and manage progress until completion. Required skills include team management experience, world-building experience, design quality control, progress management, and experience ordering art and design for projects. You will need Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 level) for smooth communication. Your role will be to take a central role in the project and improve the quality of the project through proposal and execution. You must be able to communicate actively with others to ensure smooth operations.
