Job Description

  • Working closely with the Sales Team to deliver customer-driven, world-class, leading-edge, end-to-end solutions that rise to the challenges of first responder, government, utility, transportation, and enterprise customers.
  • Creating RF Propagation (Coverage) maps based on input from the Sales team and Project Manager.
  • Creating equipment lists based on customer requirements and RF Propagation maps.
  • Creating System Block Diagrams to communicate system design information to the customer and sales team.
  • Writing System Descriptions based on the equipment list and customer requirements.
  • Communicating all design information to the Sales Team and incorporating it into proposal documentation for delivery to customers.
  • Communicating and dissipating complex technical topics to a non-technical audience.
  • Defining directions and requirements to ensure timely implementation and quality of the technical solutions.
  • Providing engineering services for Customers, including commissioning and testing Motorola equipment in accordance with technical requirements, documentation and contract obligations, system presentation for the internal/external customers.
  • 25% domestic travel.

Basic Requirements

  • Masters degree or
  • Bachelors degree + 2 years experience.
