The Principal Level Designer will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and refining 3D levels, balancing exploration, combat, and storytelling in linear and semi-open spaces. They will own level development from concept to final polish, including layout, encounter setup, scripting, and spatial pacing. This role involves driving the player experience, collaborating with various teams, and producing design documentation. They will also set the quality standard and mentor junior designers.

Must Have:- 8+ years of experience in Level Design on console/PC AA or AAA titles
- Experience with a shipped third-person action game with large, cinematic levels
- Experience working with custom or proprietary engines and scripting tools
- Deep understanding of pacing, spatial design, and combat readability
- Expertise in designing for linear or semi-open level structures
- Strong foundation in combat encounter design
- Experience creating levels with tight visual direction
