Haleon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Adoption Lead for a 16-18 month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This role involves overseeing the entire product management lifecycle of digital adoption tools and platforms, including eLearning and digital channels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs. The lead will develop and execute adoption strategies for digital products within R&D, driving continuous improvement and innovation through data-driven insights to maximize user engagement and adoption rates for new and updated solutions.
Good To Have:
  • Master's degree in Management, IT Management, or Economy.
  • 8+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology company/department.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Certifications: UX, Agile, Product Management, Project Management, Change Management, and Communication.
Must Have:
  • Oversee product management lifecycle of digital adoption tools and platforms (eLearning, digital channels, Whatfix).
  • Develop and execute robust adoption strategies for Digital products within R&D portfolio.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize adoption rates.
  • Champion transformation of IT systems and applications by spearheading change management initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a small team responsible for maintaining and updating digital training resources.
  • Design and deliver impactful learning and development experiences and advanced training programs.
  • Manage and facilitate effective communication within Digital & Tech and R&D organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, IT Management, or Economy.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, customer success, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle and customer journey.

Role overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Adoption Lead, Digital Adoption to oversee the entire product management lifecycle of digital adoption tools and platforms, including eLearning and digital channels. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals and user needs, driving continuous improvement and innovation. The lead will develop and execute adoption strategies for digital products within R&D, ensuring seamless integration and high user engagement for both new and updated solutions, using data-driven insights to maximize adoption rates.

This is a fixed term contract (maternity cover) for 16 - 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive product management lifecycle of digital adoption tools and platforms, including eLearning, digital channels, and digital adoption platforms (e.g., Whatfix). Ensure alignment with organizational goals and user needs, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and execute robust adoption strategies for Digital products within the R&D portfolio. Ensure seamless integration and high user engagement for both newly implemented products and updated existing solutions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize adoption rates.
  • Champion the transformation of IT systems and applications by spearheading comprehensive change management initiatives supporting release schedules. Ensure smooth transitions and high adoption rates by aligning all stakeholders, fostering a culture of adaptability, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Provide targeted training, ongoing support, and clear communication to facilitate change.
  • Lead and mentor a small team responsible for maintaining and updating digital training resources and content pages for end users.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous professional development.
  • Design and deliver impactful learning and development experiences. Create advanced training programs and workshops that significantly enhance knowledge, skills, and professional growth.
  • Leverage modern training methodologies and technologies to maximize learning outcomes.
  • Manage and facilitate effective communication within the Digital & Tech and R&D organizations. Design and implement advanced communication strategies that significantly enhance information sharing and engagement.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and leadership coaching in internal communications to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proven track record of driving product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
