About the job

Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.

We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a keen eye for detail. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality digital products that meet the needs of our users while aligning with our brand identity and business objectives. You will guide projects throughout their lifecycle from concept to production, establishing a clear vision, prototyping and creating design solutions, and working on the implementation.

The Role Itself

    • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
    • Translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on product designs.
    • Create user flows, interaction patterns, and design systems that ensure consistency and usability across all digital products.
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, and provide support throughout the development process.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and user experience.

Experience Required

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • ~5 or more years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
    • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
    • Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Proto.io, or Framer.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
