Job Description
As a Product Growth Manager at Gojek, you will be responsible for optimizing features and driving growth within the Gojek app through various experiments. Your key responsibilities include identifying high-impact opportunities, designing and executing experiments, analyzing results, and presenting findings to stakeholders to influence product decisions and cross-functional roadmaps. You will also develop dashboards and reports to track product feature performance, manage multiple experiments, and champion a growth-oriented culture. This role requires a strong understanding of data-driven product optimization.
Must have:
- Define problem statements for Gojek app features
- Establish hypotheses and design A/B tests
- Analyze experiment results and provide recommendations
- Interpret and present findings to stakeholders
- Develop dashboards and track feature performance
- Manage and prioritize multiple experiments
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product operations, growth, or analytics
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Experience with structured problem-solving approaches
Good to have:
- BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience

About The Role
As a Product Growth Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing features and pushing growth within the Gojek app through different experiments. Your mission: to identify high-impact opportunities, design experiments that challenge assumptions, and drive product decisions rooted in rigorous data. From defining hypotheses to synthesizing insights, you’ll be at the forefront of product optimization. Your role will refine core product experiences and influence cross-functional roadmaps - all while championing a culture that accelerates growth.
What You Will Do
- Define problem statements related to features within the Gojek app
- Establish hypotheses, design, and set up A/B test experiments
- Analyze experiment results to generate actionable recommendations
- Interpret and present experiment findings to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions
- Develop dashboards and create regular reports to track the performance of various product features
- Manage and prioritize multiple experiments simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and execution
What You Will Need
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, growth, or analytics
- BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with A/B testing and designing experiments
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Strong business acumen with a problem-solving and growth mindset
- Ability to create structured problem-solving approaches using MECE frameworks and impact sizing
