Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will join a global team, contributing to advanced compute and sensing products for safer, greener, and more connected mobility. You will manage engineering changes and the annual change model, ensuring project performance and coordinating with the service center. This role involves applying and monitoring changes, developing technical data, and updating various reports.
Must Have:
  • Ensure implementation of engineering changes with service center.
  • Connect engineering changes with continuous improvement.
  • Apply and monitor changes per schedule and standard procedures.
  • Develop technical data and update reports (Feasibility, Key dates, ECCL’s / DFC’s / IR, 5 why’s, BOM’s problems, customer complaints).
  • Prepare Technical Documentation.
  • Ensure smooth running of customer and certification audits.
  • Check overtime of auxiliaries.
  • Weekly update reports: Product names, MYC overview, Morocco MYC statutes, Control 28, Project planning, BOM’s review, ECCL Tracker, Wire length planning.
  • Connect with engineering / EOS / SAP / GSD-M / PFMEA’S system managers.
  • Revise PFMEA's for engineering changes and apply required actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Methods, automated systems electromechanics or equivalent.
  • Freshly graduated or one year experience in automotive industry or similar.
  • Good communication in English & French.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Your Role:

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative team and contributing on high sophisticated compute and sensing products driving to a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility.

In this role you will play a key role in Aptiv . You will ensure project management fairly with  engineering changes also with  the annual change model, while guaranteeing project performance. As well as these various accountabilities:

  • Ensure the implementation of engineering changes in coordination with the service center.
  • Ensure the right connection between engineering changes and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the application and monitoring of changes according to the schedule and standard procedures for project development.
  • Ensure the development of technical data.
  • Update reports:
  • Feasibility report.
  • Key dates.
  • ECCL’s / DFC’s / IR.
  • 5 why’s, BOM’s problems and customer complaints
  • Prepare Technical Documentation
  • Ensure the smooth running of customer audits.
  • Ensure the smooth running of certification audits.
  • Check the overtime of auxiliaries.
  • Ensure weekly update of reports:
  • Product names and MYC overview.
  • Morocco MYC statutes.
  • Control 28.
  • Project planning.
  • BOM’s review.
  • ECCL Tracker.
  • Wire length planning.

  • Ensuring the revision of PFMEA's for engineering changes and application of the required actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental standards, health and safety standards.

Your Background:

  • Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Methods, automated systems electromechanics or equivalent.
  • Freshly graduated or with one year experience in the automotive industry or similar position.
  • Good level of communication in English & French
  • Good computer skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing Engineering
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
