We're now seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team.

About The Role

As a Product Manager specializing in Payments, you'll be instrumental in enhancing the experiences of our clients. Your primary focus will be identifying pain points encountered by SMEs across South East Asia and other key markets, and crafting solutions that significantly improve their business operations.

This role demands exceptional communication skills as you collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to develop innovative products and enhance the user experience on our platform. You'll have the opportunity to reshape the payments landscape and work on exciting projects with our team of top-tier engineers.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery
• Collaborate with Founders and Engineering teams to build a robust ecosystem of payment methods compatible with our commerce stack
• Gather and analyze customer feedback in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales teams to refine existing offerings and introduce impactful new products
• Deep dive into SME pain points, identifying product solutions that our company can develop and launch

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of end-to-end product management experience, ideally in a developer-centric environment, with exposure to product design
• Strong background in computer science or software engineering, coupled with a solid grasp of high-level systems architecture
• Excellent communication skills to articulate functional and technical requirements, and effectively convey user challenges
• Analytical mindset and strategic thinking, with a drive to enhance our products and address customer pain points
• Ownership mentality and a passion for continuous learning
• Self-starter capable of driving projects independently in a remote working setup
• Mandatory experience in payments
