Job Description
This role is for a Product Manager specializing in Cash Loan products and services within the fintech sector. You will collaborate with Engineers, Analysts, Designers, and Project Management to build and manage new features for Buy Now Pay Later and Cash Loan services, accessible via API or a Superapp. Key responsibilities include delivering world-class product solutions in lending, integrating data sources and third-party vendors, ensuring tech team understanding of specifications, optimizing user experience, security, and regulatory compliance, and managing stakeholder partnerships. You will also need to understand evolving consumer and merchant needs to tailor the product accordingly. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with front-end and mid-backend systems, including end-to-end flow design, funnel optimization, API development, and event tracking. In-depth knowledge of lending industry best practices, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and a solid technical foundation are essential. Excellent communication skills are required for regional stakeholder interaction.

About the Role
Our division offers Buy Now Pay Later and Cash Loan services to enable our customers to achieve their financial business goals through our financial services. We make these services available to other businesses through partnerships via API services or our Superapp, which provides a range of services including e-commerce, payments, courier services, ride-hailing, and food delivery.
You will collaborate closely with Engineers, Analysts, Designers, and Project Management to build and manage new and exciting features, primarily focused on Cash Loan products and services. These features will enable us to provide credit access to a vast number of active users.
What You Will Do
- Build and deliver world-class product solutions in the fintech sector, specializing in customer, merchant, or vehicle lending.
- Plan, execute & integrate data source, third-party vendor, and front-end engine to our Mid-end services, empowering digital payment for products in the region.
- Ensure the tech team understands the specifications to deliver a quality product.
- Ensure optimal user experience, security & compliance with regulations.
- Stakeholder management, Partnership & collaboration across the region
- Understand the evolving needs and challenges of the consumer and merchants, and tailor the product to meet those needs
What You Will Need
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience collaborating with technical and business teams, with a strong focus on front-end and mid-backend systems. This includes expertise in end-to-end flow design, funnel optimization, cross-system implementation, API development, product solutions, and event tracking.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices within the Lending industry (Consumer, Merchant, Banking, multi-finance, and Vehicle lending), particularly the Cash Loan sector.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and experience in various development stages, including testing and UI/UX design.
- Solid technical foundation to connect our mid-end system with the go-to-market product.
- Independent, analytical thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end system architecture.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with regional stakeholders.
