- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, economy experts, and community managers.
- Monitor and own key metrics: ARPU, conversion %, retention, churn, NPS, and player sentiment.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, systems design, game design, or economy design in free-to-play games, OR demonstrable expertise as a VIP gacha player.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret player data and sentiment to drive decisions.
- Proven track record of designing, launching, and optimizing monetization systems.
- Excellent communication skills, clear, direct, and able to build trust with both players and teammates.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.

The Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and optimize the gacha monetization systems in Highrise. The gacha is the beating heart of Highrise’s economy, driving both player delight and revenue. This role is about balancing two forces: building monetization systems that sustain the business while keeping player sentiment high.
We welcome candidates from multiple backgrounds:
systems design, game design, product management, or even VIP-level gacha players
with deep knowledge of what makes gacha mechanics fair, exciting, and sticky. What matters most is that you understand the psychology of gacha systems, can design and iterate with speed, and know how to keep players engaged and spending happily over time.
What You’ll Do
