The Product Manager will be responsible for generating innovative hyper-casual game ideas and managing the development cycle from ideation to release. They will continuously optimize processes and workflows. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong interest in games, and expertise in strategy and execution. The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in startups, gaming, tech, or consulting.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Come up with innovative and exciting hyper casual game ideas, leveraging Gybe’s accumulated knowledge and data.
- Manage the development cycle of games from ideation phase to release.
- Continuously optimize and come up with proposals to improve Gybe Games’ processes and workflows.
Who You Are
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong interest in games and user experience.
- Expertise in strategy and execution.
- 3+ experience in startups, gaming, tech, consulting or such demanding high pace environments.
