About the Team In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all TikTok's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. What You'll Do As a Product Manager focusing on Merchant Account Structure, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the account structures that support our merchants. Your role will involve understanding the needs of merchants and ensuring that our account management features are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across multiple teams and drive product success. Responsibilities: - Design and Optimize Account Structures: Lead the development and continuous improvement of merchant account structures, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our merchants. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and other cross-functional teams to implement and refine account management features. - User Research: Conduct thorough research to understand merchant needs, pain points, and behaviors related to account management. - Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to track the performance of account management features and identify opportunities for enhancement. - Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and addresses merchant account structure needs. - Compliance and Security: Ensure that account management features comply with relevant regulatory and security standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 5 years of product management experience, preferably within the e-commerce or fintech industries. - Strong understanding of product management tools and methodologies, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams. - Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of merchant account structures, payment systems, and e-commerce platforms. - User-Centered Design: Experience with user research methodologies and designing user-centric products. - Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset. - Innovation: A track record of driving innovation and implementing creative solutions to complex problems. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $311600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.
