How You Will Make An Impact 

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team. This role will focus on collaborating with our marketplace and broader platform teams to develop and implement innovative strategies that transform user engagement into sustainable revenue streams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of monetization strategies, and a passion for driving growth through user-centric solutions.

What You Will Do 

Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement monetization strategies that align with overall business goals and enhance user experience.

Roadmap Management:

  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to appropriately balance categories of work among features, maintenance, and technical debt. 

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketplace and platform teams, to identify opportunities for monetization based on user engagement data.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams to drive projects efficiently. 

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide product updates, and collect feedback.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape, ensuring our monetization strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations to drive alignment and support for monetization initiatives.

Performance & Metrics Tracking:

  • Support key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of monetization strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

 The Experience You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on monetization or revenue generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and user engagement metrics.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing monetization strategies in a digital environment.
  • Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and platform ecosystems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
