Program Manager (Non IT)

We’re hiring a Program Manager (Non-IT) for a 6-month contract opportunity with one of our clients located in San Jose, CA. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.

In this position, you’ll support a large-scale initiative, managing program operations from planning through execution. You’ll play a key role in keeping deliverables on track, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring that projects run smoothly and effectively. Program Manager (Non IT) Responsibilities: 

• Provide program management support for large-scale initiatives

• Develop and maintain essential documentation, including agendas, meeting minutes, and reports

• Track project timelines, resource allocation, and key deliverables

• Report on project metrics and ensure adherence to company policies and best practices

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align progress updates with strategic goals

Program Manager (Non IT) Requirements: 

• 8-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or product program management

• Strong ability to work independently and take direction effectively

• Proficiency in JIRA, Wiki, Airtable, Jellyfish, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite

• Experience in product program management, communications, or business operations

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills

*To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
