Job Description

Plarium is an international developer of award-winning mobile and desktop games. We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a new, undisclosed mobile game in its early stages, set in a medieval fantasy world. The role involves turning decisions into action plans, integrating them into the team’s workflow, maintaining the roadmap and backlogs, and ensuring information flow between Game Design, UI/UX, Art, and Development teams.

Must Have:
  • Maintaining the live roadmap and ensuring it reflects current priorities, scope changes, and dependencies
  • Translating decisions into action points with owners, estimates, and due dates
  • Creating and managing studio pipelines, including ways to make decisions, keep track of progress, resolve miscommunication, and ensure alignment
  • Planning Jira sprints, structuring and setting priorities for several teams
  • Proactively tracking blockers and surface risks as well as coordinating dependencies across teams
  • Maintaining documentation (folders, naming, versioning, links between Docs ↔ Jira ↔ Miro/Figma/Monday)
  • Assisting with build/release checklists (versions, change logs, sanity checks) and follow-ups
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Coordinator in the development team
  • Hands-on experience with owning pipelines in multidisciplinary teams
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • English language skills (both verbal and written) at the advanced level
